Ms. Georgia Stearns, long time resident of Colusa County, has decided to stop commuting to Chico and open an office here in Williams. Admitted to practice in 1995, she opened her first practice in her hometown of Arbuckle in 1996. While at that practice she also worked under contract for the county as Deputy County Counsel providing legal services for juvenile dependency and conservatorship matters for several years. Stearns also served as County Court Facilitator for one year. After being under contract with the county for several years she went to work for Di Duca Stearns, PC, in Chico where she was the director of litigation services for 6 years.

Stearns has raised 5 children in Colusa County, and her oldest was just deployed to Afghanistan. She is proud of her children and excited to be back in her community providing a wide variety of legal services with the help of her legal assistant Janet Anderson.
