Amber Alert!

On July 10, 2013, at 1100 A.M., Daphne Viola Webb was abducted from a vehicle parked in front of Gazali’s Liquor Store (7838 International Boulevard) near the intersection of 79th Avenue and International Boulevard, in the city of Oakland, California.

Daphne Viola Webb is a one year old, African-American female with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing orange pajamas with pink hearts. 

The suspect is an unknown, light skinned, African-American female. There are no vehicles associated with this abduction.
