Fidel Molina, 62, a former Williams resident, passed away on May 30, 2015 in Paradise, California after a long illness.
Fidel attended and graduated from Williams High School. He then enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk. After proudly serving his country, he returned to his hometown of Williams where he met Teri, his life partner and wife of 43 years.
Fidel will be remembered by his family and friends as one of the most unforgettable characters in their lives. Fidel was known for always having a smile on his face, a quick witted comment to make, and going after what he wanted. He loved gardening and spending time with family and friends sharing stories.
Fidel is survived by his wife, Teri Molina of Paradise; mother, Josefina Molina of Williams; daughter, Yvonne (Twig) Carpenter-Fulton (Margo) of Milford; son, A.J. Fulton (Jennifer)and grandchildren Andrew, Ryan, Kayla and William of Quincy; grandson, Keith Fulton (Megan) of Monterey; granddaughter, Theresa (Dylan) of Paradise; great grandchildren, Austin, Tucker, and Gemma of Magalia; brothers and sisters, Josefina Silvas (Gonzalo)of Williams, Rosa Santillan (Felipe)of Williams, Cathy Serrano- Goodman (Jeff)of Colusa, Ambrose Molina (Marilu)of Williams and Felipe Molina (Yolanda)of Madera. He also leaves nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ambrose Molina Sr.; infant brother, Juan Manuel Molina and brother, Rafael Serrano Jr.
A memorial mass will be held on June 26, 2015 at 7:00pm at the Catholic Church of Annunciation in Williams with a celebration of his life following mass at the home of his niece, Stefani Silvas Santana, at 937 Sierra Oaks Drive in Williams.
