Colusa RedHawk’s Help-out Middletown Mustangs

During the Friday, home game against Hamilton City, the Colusa RedHawk Athletic Foundation held a fundraiser for the Middletown Mustang Sports Booster Club.

“The Middletown Mustang Sports program lost a significant amount of equipment,” said Bonnie Davies, chairperson of the Colusa RedHawk Athletic Foundation, “and hopefully in the small, grand scheme of things, the donation will help a little bit.”

The Colusa RedHawk Group donated $1,000 with matching funds from the Hamilton City Boosters club. The cheerleaders passed a can through the grandstands raising an additional $1,566.

“We raised a total of $3,566, which is pretty impressive for the Colusa Unified Community,” said Davies, “I want to give a big shoutout for Hamilton City and their generosity.”

If anyone would like to donate to help rebuild the Middletown Mustangs, donations can be sent to: Middletown Sports Booster, PO Box 56, Middletown, CA 95461.
