Get Fit after the Holidays

You’ve survived the holidays, and now is the time to discover the best within you.

On Saturday, January 9, 2016, Colusa County Strength & Conditioning will be hosting a ‘Midline, Movement and Mobility Clinic’ that will provide individuals with the tools to be more connected with their bodies and to understand how that correlates to their midline movement in the gym, work, and everyday life.

“All hands will be on deck and clinic participants get a chance to mingle with some of the trainers, including our resident nutrition guru, current CCSC members from newbies to veterans and enjoy some lunch,” said CCSC co-owner, Erica Eisenhut, “the clinic will wrap up with a mobility assessment, some fun yard games and lunch!”

The clinic will be open to nonmembers wishing to join CCSC in the their 2016 fitness journey. For non-members, the cost for the clinic is $20 which includes lunch and entertainment.

Additionally, CCSC will be offering area seniors with a starting point for their fitness journey and offering the same ‘Midline, Movement and Mobility Clinic’. Senior Clinic is limited to 10 participants.
