Garden Club Spruces Up Arbuckle Post Office

2016 02 - Colusa Garden Club at Arbuckle Post Office 10

Colusa Garden Club Members were spotted at the Arbuckle Post Office, Saturday morning. Cynthia Peterson, Barbara Schiemer and Bonnie Ehrke were replanting Aloe plants in the flowerbed in front of the Arbuckle Post Office.

Peterson said that the aloe plants are transplants from the Arbuckle Branch Library, a location the club also manages. The organization also maintains the flower bed around the Arbuckle Post Office flag pole.

The group spent a couple of hours weeding, planting, and creating a small rock display.
