On February 16, 2016, at approximately 4:00 am the Williams Police Department received a report of a burglary at Fouch & Son Pharmacy in Williams.
According to officials, during the time of the call, all City of Williams police resources were dedicated to another call, and the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office responded.
The Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the owner and completed an initial crime report, which was forwarded to the Williams Police Department for follow up.
Detectives determined that multiple bottles of medication containing codeine and promethazine were stolen after the suspects forced entry into the business.
Williams Police Detectives are actively investigating the case and following up on several leads that may result in the identification of the suspects responsible.
