CSUChico ag student Jorge Mendoza stopped by the Broken Box Feedlot office in Williams on Friday to thank the Glenn-Colusa CattleWomen and Cattlemen for their financial support over the last 3 years through their scholarships for beef industry majors.  Mendoza worked diligently at several jobs in addition to the scholarships received, graduates in May, and has accepted

Mendoza worked diligently at several jobs in addition to the scholarships received, graduates in May, and has accepted full-time employment in ranching.

College juniors and seniors who graduated from high schools in Glenn and Colusa counties and are majoring in agriculture are eligible for the scholarships, with preference given to those in beef production or promotion.
