Man Stabbed in Arbuckle; Suspect on the Run

On Friday, May 6, 2016, at 1:20 AM, Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a stabbing on the 1100 block of Garret Ave in Arbuckle, CA.

“The victim was conscious upon the Deputies arrival and transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries,” said Sergeant Michael Bradwell in a press release.

Bradwell commented that the circumstances leading up to the stabbing were unknown at this time.

Police officials have identified a suspect as Santiago Rodriguez Ochoa Jr., 26, of Arbuckle.

“Following the alleged incident, the suspect Ochoa fled the scene with a female and two juveniles,” said Sergeant Bradwell, “The female and juveniles have been located and are safe.”

The location of Ochoa is unknown at this time, but he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
