If you missed last week’s deadline to get tickets in advance for Colusa City Firefighters Association’s biggest fundraiser on Saturday, don’t get crabby. Tickets to the annual Crab Feed & Dance at the Colusa Fairgrounds can still be purchased at the door.
In addition to fresh crab, Colusa firefighters will be serving steak, coleslaw, beans, and bread. Tickets are still available from firefighters or at the door for $55.
The Colusa City Firefighters Association is a non-profit organization which serves the community.
From their fundraisers, the organization is able to support numerous events throughout the year including the annual Independence Day fireworks presentation, the Colusa County Fair Parade, the senior citizen Smoke Detector Service Program, Christmas Tyme in Colusa, and Santa-on-Wheels.
Come enjoy crab, steak, coleslaw, beans, and bread. Social hour begins with no-host cocktails at 5:30 PM, Dinner begins at 6:30 PM. Raffle and silent auction is held as well.
The annual Crab Feed is fun for everyone 21 years and older, which is the age requirement for attendance.
