Roberto Moreno, 22, of Maxwell, CA, was arrested on June 6, 2017 at 10:47 AM by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy in the area of Railroad Ave in Maxwell. He is charged with a misdemeanor for the possession of a controlled substance; manufacturing, importing, sale, or supply or the possession of a short-barreled rifle/shotgun; possession of any firearm with manufacturer mark altered; resisting or obstructing a public officer; and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place. He was also arrested for a felony for bringing a controlled substance into jail. Moreno was booked into jail with bail set at $ 30,000.

Angelica Morales, 35, of Maxwell, CA, was arrested on June 6, 2017 at 1:32 AM by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy in the 1700 block of 3rd Street in Colusa. She is charged with a misdemeanor for battery on a spouse, ex-spouse or date. Morales was booked into jail with bail set at $ 5,000.
