Avis Martin, 56, a transient, was arrested at 06:21 PM in the 500 block of E Street in Williams on suspicion of public intoxication and was booked into jail with bail set at $ 1,000.

Michael Kennedy, 23, of Sacramento, was arrested at 01:02 AM in Colusa on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, false imprisonment, violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, and for the violation of post release community supervision and was booked into jail with bail set at $ 100,000.
Derek Johnson, 47, of Lucerne, was arrested at 11:47 PM in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of 0.08%, and for driving with a suspended license. He was booked into jail with bail set at $2,000.
Mark Anthony Paul, 25, of Marysville, was arrested at 10:54 PM in Colusa on suspicion of forgery, and burglary. He was booked into jail with bail set at $60,000.
Addison Scofield, 20, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 11:47 AM in Arbuckle on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into jail with bail set at $50,000.
Ryan Ward, 26, of Marysville, was arrested at 08:42 AM in Colusa on suspicion of evading a police officer. He was booked into jail with bail set at $2,124.

Manuel Garcia, 47, a transient, was arrested at 08:50 AM in Colusa on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into jail with bail set at $5,000.
Felicia Goodman, 38, a transient, was arrested at 03:00 PM in Colusa on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. She was booked into jail with bail set at $5,000.
Jose de Jesus Leos, 37, of Williams, was arrested at 05:22 PM in Williams on suspicion of using offensive words in a public place, battery on a peace officer, battery against a peace officer, and an special enhancement for the allegation of a gang crime. He was booked into jail with bail set at $100,000.

Rebeca Herrera, 40, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 12:42 AM in Colusa on suspicion of the possession of a controlled substance the possession of a dirk or dagger, and disobeying a court order. She was booked into jail with bail set at $15,000.
Katie Pfeil-Espell, 30, a transient, was arrested at 08:28 PM in Colusa on suspicion of making or having counterfeit die or apparatus, forgery, altering or falsifying license or identification cards, receiving known stolen property, and multiple identifying information theft. She was also arrested on the suspicion of possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, disobeying a court order, and identity theft and was booked into jail with bail set at $75,000.
