Police Blotter: 09/20/2017

Information comes from the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office reports. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Michael Barnard, 42, of Stonyford, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:01 PM on Sept. 11, on Main and 5th Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of the possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Joseph Marshall, 43, of Visalia, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:51 AM on Sept. 11, on Interstate 5 just north of County Line Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, and two outstanding warrants. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Jeremy Gendreau, 33, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:13 AM on Sept. 12, on Interstate 5 at the Maxwell rest area in Maxwell, on suspicion of vandalism (under $5,000) and for the possession of burglary tools. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Danyette Stevens, 41, of Stonyford, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:22 PM on Sept. 13, on Lodoga-Stonyford Road in Stonyford, on suspicion of child endangerment, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for the possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Joel Villanueva, 36, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:19 PM on Sept. 13, in front of Johnson Junior High in Arbuckle, on suspicion for possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $21,000.

Gloria Barnette, 64, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:31 PM on Sept. 15, on Husted Road just west of Interstate 5 in Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Christopher Devoid, 34, a transient, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:56 PM on Sept. 15 in the area of Jay and 9th Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Mark Young, 52, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:43 PM on Sept. 15, in the area of 3rd and Main Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, the possession of a controlled substance, and for battery. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

James Hines, 41, of Princeton, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:40 PM on Sept. 17, in the 600 block of Norman Road in Princeton, on the suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and for an outstanding warrant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $55,000.
