Francisco Rodriguez, 39, of Colusa, was arrested by a Colusa Police Officer at 12:25 AM on Jan 12. in the 400 block of Main Street in Colusa on suspicion of public intoxication. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $1,000.

Maria Pizano, 22, of Yuba City, was arrested by a Williams Police Officer at 9:06 PM on Jan. 13, in the area of E Street and Husted Road in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, and for driving without a license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $2,000.

Jose Rodriguez, 41, of Colusa, was arrested by a Colusa Police Officer at 7:04 PM on Jan. 13, in the 1000 block of Bridge Street in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a license restricted for a prior DUI, and willfully disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $7,000.

Robert Stokes, 50, of Colusa, was arrested by a Colusa Police Officer at 10:03 AM on Jan. 16, in the 10 block of 10th Street in Colusa on suspicion of criminal threats. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $25,000.

Benito Silva, 46, of Colusa, was arrested by a Colusa Police Officer at 11:00 AM on Jan. 18, in the 500 block of Oak Street in Colusa on the suspicion of violating probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail with no bail.

Migue Guadalupe Moreno-Plascencia, 25, of Arbuckle, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 12:39 AM on Jan. 20, in the area of Eddy and 1st Street in Arbuckle on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $5,000.

Israel Garcia Rivera, 26, a transient, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 7:44 on Jan, 20, in the 1000 block of Putnam Way in Arbuckle on suspicion of rape, and burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County jail; bail was set at $200,000.

Violet Johnson, 32, of Marysville, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 4:52 PM on Jan. 21, in the area of Highway 45 south of Maxwell Road on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving stolen property, giving false information to an officer, and several arrest warrants. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $99,500.

Luis Vazquez, 28, of Williams, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 11:31 Am on Jan. 21, in the area of Freeway Underpass Rd and Putnam Ave. in Arbuckle on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail; bail was set at $5,000.
