ORDINANCE NO. 523
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUSA AND JOHN BEUTLER ET AL RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS TENNANT ESTATES SUBDIVISION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 523 on January 16, 2018.    The Ordinance approves a Development Agreement by and between the City of Colusa and John Beutler et al relative to the Development known as Tennant Estates Subdivision.  The Development Agreement is for a 5 year term with an option for an additional 5 year extension.  The property at issue is approximately 31.89 acres and is located at APN 002-280-004, and the proposed land use is single family residential units.

The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative votes of Mayor Greg Ponciano, and Council Member David Womble and Council Member Dave Markss.
