ORDINANCE NO. 524
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADDING ARTICLE XII OF CHAPTER 6 (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF COLUSA REGARDING ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS AND PROVIDING AN EXPEDITED, STREAMLINED PERMITTING PROCESS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AB 1236

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 524 on January 16, 2018.    The article applies to the permitting of electric vehicle charging stations in the City of Colusa.  The ordinance is a mandate from the State of California and provides for an expedited permitting process for electric vehicle charging stations in the City.  The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative votes of Mayor Greg Ponciano, and Council Member David Womble and Council Member Dave Markss.
