NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
and Notice of intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing May 2, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Use Permit #16-2-3, ED #16-9, Colusa County Department of Public Works, Stony Creek Gravel Extraction – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program for a Use Permit for gravel extraction of approximately 25,000 to 40,000 cubic yards on a periodic basis on property zoned Upland Conservation (UC-80) located approximately 200 feet west of the Lodoga Stonyford Bridge over Stony Creek and to the west upstream approximately 0.5 miles; identified as APN 010-050-068; 010-050-071.
