NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing April 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:

Use Permit #17-10-1, ED #17-28, Colusa Industrial Properties – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt an amendment to ED #10-8, a previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration, and approve a Use Permit for a commercial solar farm producing 20 megawatts of power on property zoned Light Industrial (M-1) and Heavy Industrial (M-2).  The project is located approximately 2,700-feet west of State Route 20 and 1,000-feet south of Sunrise Blvd., south of the City of Colusa; identified as APNs 017-030-083; 017-030-084; 017-030-099; 017-130-075.

Tentative Parcel Map #18-1-1, ED #18-1, Dennis Johnson – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Categorical Exemption and approve a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 1.2-acre parcel into Parcel 1 (28,829 sq ft) and Parcel 2 (24,158 sq ft) separating the existing residence from the existing medical office on property zoned Residential Single Family (R-1-8) located at 904 and 900 King Street, in the community of Arbuckle; identified as APNs 020-131-009 and 020-131-010.
