NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Colusa City Council

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.  The meeting is for the purpose of the City Council to review and potentially approve the following items:

1. A Resolution of the City of Colusa City Council approving a one-year extension for Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map No. 01-09 (VTM)

Applicant: Colusa Riverbend Estates, LLC (c/o Mike Olivas)
General Location: North of East Clay St., east of D St., Colusa

During their public hearing on March 14, 2018, the Planning Commission voted 3-1 to recommend City Council approval of the proposed vesting tentative map extension.

2. A Resolution and an Ordinance of the City of Colusa City Council approving amendments to a Tentative Map and to a Development Agreement, respectively, between the City of Colusa and Colusa Industrial Properties relative to the development of approximately 180 residential lots.

During their public hearing on March 14, 2018, the Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend City Council approval of the proposed Tentative Map and Development Agreement extensions.

3. A Resolution of the City of Colusa City Council approving a Cannabis Facilities Special Use Permit and a Regulatory Use Permit for Greenceutical, LLC relative to the development of a cannabis manufacturing facility located at 104 8th St.

All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing.  Documents may be reviewed at, and written comments can be submitted to, the Planning Department at the above address, until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.  Oral comments can be made at the public hearing.  Additional questions may be directed to Bryan Stice, Senior Planner, at (530) 458-4740 x103.

Challenges to the City Council’s decision may be limited only to those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Colusa at, or prior to, the public hearing.
