Lance Padgett, 37, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:29 PM on March 19, in the 10 block of 10th Street in Colusa, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000.

Kylan Dean Williams, 19, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:42 PM on March 19, in the area of Interstate 5 and Frontage Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Greg McCloud, 39, a Transient, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:52 AM on March 21, in the area of 8th and Market Street in Colusa, on suspicion of being in the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Nathan Waldron, 43, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 1:34 PM on March 21, in the 10 block of Parkhill Street in Colusa, on suspicion of being in the possession of a controlled substance, and the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Daniel Ramirez, 23, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:44 PM on March 22, in the area of San Antonio Dr. in Williams, on suspicion of a felon in the possession of a firearm. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Nathaniel Rojas, 25, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 3:00 PM on March 22, in the 1000 block of C Street in Williams, on suspicion for the violation of parole. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was not set.

Robert Celis, 30, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:15 PM on March 24, in the 2000 block of 3rd Street in Colusa, on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a firearm on person, battery with serious bodily injury, and for drawing or exhibiting in a rude or threating manner. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was not set.

Rafael Granados, 34, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:12 AM on March 25, on Highway 20 just west of San Jose Rd. in Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Melissa Hernandez, 44, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:30 PM on March 25, in the area of the Colusa County Fairgrounds, on suspicion of disorderly conduct with alcohol, and for disturbing the peace. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000.

Trevor Kilgore, 29, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:20 PM on March 23, in the area of Grimes-Arbuckle Road just east of 1st Street in Arbuckle, on suspicion of being in the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia.
