Information comes from the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office. All parties below are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Marquis Akins, 30, of Stockton, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:07 PM on March 27, in the area of Interstate 5 just south of Arbuckle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving on a suspended license. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $7,000. 

Robert Francis, 53, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:50 PM on March 27, in the area of Old Highway 99 and Craeford Rd in Williams on suspicion of causing fire of property. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Dario Guerrero Ramirez, 30, of Colusa, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 11:28 PM on March 27, in the 1300 block of Arena Dr. in Colusa County on suspicion of pandering, theft from an elder or dependent, accessory, criminal conspiracy, the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $100,000. 

Fredrick Thielsen, 66, of Loma Rica, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:16 PM on March 28, in the area of Market Street and 2nd Street in Colusa on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, the possession of a controlled substance, disobeying a court order, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Luz Martin Ruiz Salud, 35, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:18 PM on March 28, in the area of the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $7,000.

Christopher Devoid, 34, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:04 AM on March 29, in the 10 block of 3rd Street in Colusa, on suspicion of trespassing or entering private property. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000. 

Lomeli Martinez, 27, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:45 PM on March 29, in the area of 7th and Oak Street in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Zulema Guardado, 29, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:04 AM on March 29, in the 10 block of 3rd Street in Colusa, on suspicion of trespassing or entering private property, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000.

Alberto Melesio, 23, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:40 PM on March 30, in the area of Full Stop on Market Street in Colusa, on suspicion for battery by gassing of police officer, battery against police officer, obstructing an executive officer, resisting or obstructing a police officer, and vandalism. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $60,000. 

Greg McCloud, 39, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:59 PM on March 31, in the area of 9th and Market Street in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Michael Saenz, 26, of Woodland, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff Deputy at 10:39 PM on April 1, in the 6000 block of Asa Ln., on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000. 

Matthew Wilson, 20, of Vacaville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:05 PM on April 1, in the area of Interstate 5 just north of Delavan, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.
