Martin Torres Mendez, 20, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:29 AM on April 4, on the first block of Comet Lane in Maxwell, on suspicion of unauthorized invasion of privacy. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Justin Hudgins-McGlothin, 29, of Willows, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 1:39 AM on April 6, on Highway 45 and Maxwell Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and being a habitual traffic offender. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Michael Allen Caddick, 47, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:55 PM on April 7, on the 400-block of Magnolia St. in Arbuckle, on suspicion of battery, disturbing the peace by loud or unreasonable noise, and elder or dependent adult abuse resulting in harm or death. Luis Manuel Perez, 45, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:28 PM on April 6, on Highway 20 and Hunter Road in Colusa, on suspicion of disobeying a court order and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. Michael Allen Caddick, 47, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County District Attorney’s Office at 3:30 PM on April 9, at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of preventing or dissuading a witness or a victim. He was booked again on that charge, and his bail was set at $50,000.
