Police Blotter (04/25/2018)

Information comes from the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office.  All parties below are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wyatt Dock, 18, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:30 PM on April 17, in the area of 2nd and Tuttle Ln. in Colusa on suspicion of public intoxication. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000. 

Luis Moreno, 21, of Arbuckle, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 2:02 PM on April 17, in the 1000 block of Nelson Ave. in Arbuckle, on suspicion of disorderly conduct: peeking into an inhabited building. He is booked into he Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Tyson D’Relle Samuel, 38, a Transient, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:47 AM on April 18, in the area of Market and 6th Street in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for disobeying a court order. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Juan Alvarez, 42, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:49 PM on April 19, in the 400 block of Main Street in Colusa, on suspicion of disobeying a court order, and for challenging a fight in a public place. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Wayne Deniz, 29, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:49 PM on April 19, in the 400 block of Main Street in Colusa, on suspicion of criminal threats. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000. 

Diego Orozco, 22, of Williams, was arrested by a Williams Police Officer at 11:51 PM on April 19, in the 500 block of Eighth Street in Williams, on suspicion of obstructing or resisting a public officer, and for violating a court order to prevent domestic violence. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $5,000. 

Victor Navarro, 26, of Williams, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 9:43 PM on April 20, in the area of Oak Street and Highway 99 in Maxwell, on suspicion of disobeying a court order, and public intoxication. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $5,000. 

Kyle Tardif, 31, of Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 11:43 PM on April 20, on Interstate 5, just south of the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $7,000. 

Daniel Vazquez, 25, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 4:26 PM on April 20, in the 10 block of Sioc Street in Colusa, on suspicion of disobeying a court order, obstructing or resisting a public officer, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He is booked into the colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $5,000.

Oscar Canchola, 22, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 2:53 PM on April 21, in the area of Vann St. and Hopkins Dr. in Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $2,000. 

James Moreland, 24, of Corning, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:05 PM on April 22, in the area of Interstate 5, and the Dunnigan Off Ramp in Yolo County, on suspicion of evading a police office with willful disregard, reckless driving. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $5,000.

Shawn Taplin, 36, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 11:05 AM on April 21, in the area of Sioc and 1st Street in Colusa on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an officer, hit and run with property damage, driving with a suspended license, and for disobeying a court order. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.
