Ivan Enriquez, 20, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:31 PM on May 21, in the area of 13th and Fremont Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of altering a vehicle registration. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Patricia Guzman, 33, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Task Force at 8:00 AM on May 21, in the 100 block of Hembree Rd. in Yuba City, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, grand theft, and pandering. Bail was set at $60,000.

Bradley Zank, 59, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:01 AM on May 23, in the area of Highway 45 at Fruitvale Ave. in Colusa, on the suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, and for driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000.

Beatriz Cerpa, 29, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Task Force at 4:30 PM on May 22, in the area of Highway 45 at Leven Street in Grimes, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance for sale, and for transporting a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $200,000.

Zachary Pmfret, 35, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Task Force at 4:30 PM on May 22, in the area of Highway 45 at Leven Street in Grimes, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance for sale, and for transporting a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $200,000.

Rachel Gueyger, 27, of Nice, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:34 PM on May 23, in the area of Harbison Road just west of Highway 45 in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

John Hansen, 48, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:04 AM on May 24, in the area of Highway 20 at Husted Road in Williams, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license, for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for the possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $5,000.

Alvaro Munos, 26, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:24 AM on May 23, in the 1300 block of Husted Road in Williams, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license for a DUI. Bail is set at $1,000.

Estevan Alvarez-Godinez, 23, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:00 AM on May 26, in the area of Clay and 13th Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of disobeying a court order, and for driving on a suspended licensee. Bail is set at $5,000.

Eliza Cassidy, 22, of Redding, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:09 AM on May 29, at Sinclair in Williams, on suspicion for the possession of an open container while driving, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and the possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $5,000.

Cory Cossairt, 24, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:09 AM on May 29, at Sinclair in Williams, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and the possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $5,000. Rolando Jimenez-Lopez, 25, of Clearlake, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:44 PM on May 26, in the area of Bridge and Fremont Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail was set at $7,000.

Michael McKee, 43, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:09 AM on May 26, in the 900 block of Wildwood Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

Briana Norman, 21, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:31 AM on May 26, in the area of Clay and 13th Street in Colusa, on suspicion of providing false information to a peace officer, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, the possession of a controlled substance, and the false impersonation of another. Bail was set at $15,000.

Devon White, 44, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:37 PM on May 27, in the area of Highway 20, east of Highway 16 in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and for driving on a suspended license for a prior DUI. Bail was set at $10,000.
