Nickolas Ferraiuolo, 35, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:15 PM on May 30, in the 1100 block of 3rd Street in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for the possession of a controlled narcotic substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

Fredrick Moore, 33, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:49 PM on May 30, on Interstate 5 just north of the College City off ramp in Arbuckle, on suspicion of violating a court order to prevent domestic violence, and for driving with a license suspended for a DUI. Bail was set at $5,000.

Juan Zamudio, 29, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:10 AM on May 30, in the area of Freshwater Rd just north of Highway 20 in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, and two arrest warrants. Bail was set at $22,000.

Victoria Edlin, 28, of Kennesaw, GA, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:24 PM on May 31, in the 4000 block of Sites-Lodoga Road in Stonyford, on suspicion of burglary, vehicle theft, and vandalism greater than $5,000. Bail was set at $80.000.

Joshua Jorgensen Villanueva, 45, of Redwood City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:24 PM on May 31, in the 4000 block of Sites-Lodoga Road in Stonyford, on suspicion of burglary, vehicle theft, and vandalism greater than $5,000. Bail was set at $80.000.

Dean Moses, 58, of Nevada City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3 PM on May 31, on Highway 20 just west of Mitchell Flats in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail was set at $2,000.

Angel Gomez, 39, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:48 PM on June 2, in the 1000 block of Bridge Street in Colusa, on suspicion of vandalism with property damage. Bail is set at $5,000.

Kayla Hackett, 30, of Williams, was arrested in the Williams Police Department at 9:52 PM on June 1, in the 2000 block of George Road in Williams, on suspicion of false imprisonment, and battery on a spouse or cohabitant. Bail is set at $5,000.

William Hackett, 35, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 4:53 PM on June 1, in the 400 block of Ninth Street in Williams, on suspicion of false imprisonment, and battery on a spouse or cohabitant. Bail is set at $5,000.

Jorge Velasquez, 31, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:56 PM on June 1, in the 1000 block of Nelson Ave in Arbuckle, on suspicion of hit and run with property damage. Bail is set at $5,000.

Lizbeth Hernandez, 22, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:54 PM on June 3, in the area of Belle Way and 10th Street in Williams, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $5,000.

Kevin Umfress, 53, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:29 AM on June 3, in the 1000 block of Bridge Street in Colusa, on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail is set at $1,000.
