Orangevale woman killed in Highway 20 collision

On June 17, at approximately 12:15 PM, Barbara Newton, 52, of Orangevale, CA, was driving her vehicle, a 2016 Ford Fusion, eastbound on Highway 20 just east of Highway 16 at approximately 55 MPH.
