Balentin Quintero, 44, of West Sacramento, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:27 AM on June 14, in the area of Highway 45 just west of the Colusa Casino in Colusa, on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail was not listed.

Carmella Garcia, 28, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:30 PM on June 14, in the area of Delevan Road and Interstate 5 in Maxwell, on suspicion of forgery and for the possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

Columbia Birruetta, 40, of Fairfield, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:39 AM on June 17, in the area of Main Street and River Road in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, and the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

David Birruetta, 41, of Fairfield, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:39 AM on June 17, in the area of Main Street and River Road in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000.

Israel Rivera, 26, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:15 PM on June 15, in the area of 7th and Henry Streets in Arbuckle, on suspicion of disorderly conduct with alcohol, and contempt of court for disobeying a court order. Bail was set at $5,000.

David Visage, 56, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:25 PM on June 17, in the area of the Highstreet Trailer Court in Colusa, on suspicion of public intoxication, and criminal threats. Bail was set at $25,000.
