NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ORDINANCE PASSAGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on June 26, 2018, in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board will consider passage of a proposed ordinance as follows:
The ordinance before the Board of Supervisors for their consideration amends Section 44-4.90 and Table 44-2.30-3 of the Colusa County Code to allow certain permitted home occupations as appurtenant and accessory uses in Residential zones subject to certain conditions. Additionally, the ordinance amends Table 44.2.50-2 of the County Code to allow permitted food trucks in Industrial and Research Development zones. The ordinance further finds that the code amendments are categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
