NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing July 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Use Permit #18-5-1, ED #18-17, Mark & Sandy Ottenwalter – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Categorical Exemption and approve a Use Permit for an Intensive Animal Operation for keeping 200+ adult pigs for breeding purposes in confined areas on property zoned A-T (Agriculture Transition), located at 2260 Lurline Avenue approximately 2,800-feet west of the intersection of Lurline Avenue and Grover Avenue; identified as APN 015-400-001.
