Three Ducks place at Kingsburg Invitational, one at CYSSA Senior State Trap Shoot

A total of five shooters from Colusa County competed in the 2018 Kingsburg Invitational, three of whom reached the podium. In the Intermediate Advanced Division, Gus Doherty hit 196 of 200 targets for a first-place finish. Thomas Casillas hit 187 of 200 targets, good for fourth place in the Intermediate Entry Division; and Gus Armstrong hit 91 of 100 targets, earning himself second place in the Rookie Division.

Also taking place on June 16 and 17 was the CYSSA State Trap Shoot for the Junior Varsity and Varsity Divisions in Stockton, in which three Ducks competed. Blake Kalfsbeek shot 191 of 200 targets, good for fifth place in the Junior Varsity Division. n
