ORDINANCE NO. 793 SUMMARY

The ordinance passed by the Board of Supervisors amends Section 44-4.90 and Table 44-2.30-3 of the Colusa County Code to allow certain permitted home occupations as appurtenant and accessory uses in Residential zones subject to certain conditions.

Additionally, the ordinance amends Table 44.2.50-2 of the County Code to allow permitted food trucks in Industrial and Research Development zones. The ordinance further finds that the code amendments are categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.

This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage. It shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Colusa, State of California, within fifteen (15) days after its passage.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors held on May 29, 2018 and passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Colusa, State of California, on the 26th day of June, 2018, by the following roll call vote:

AYES: Supervisors John D. Loudon, Denise J. Carter, Kent S. Boes, and Gary J. Evans.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
