Jesus Alvaro Cortez, 40, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:27 PM on July 9, on the 100-block of Westgate Drive in Williams, on suspicion of violating a court order to prevent domestic violence and resisting, delaying or obstructing a police officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Reynaldo Taczamacha, 47, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:01 AM on July 9, on the 800-block of 1st St. in Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Jesus Alvaro Cortez, 40, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 4:15 PM on July 10, on the 900-block of Bridge St. in Colusa, on suspicion of rape by force or fear, stealing from a dependent/elder adult in an amount over $400, theft from an elder or dependent adult, false imprisonment, and sexual penetration by a foreign object. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $150,000.

Miaha Danielle Fong, 19, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:14 PM on July 10, on the 6700-block of Grimes-Arbuckle Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion of domestic battery. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Addison James Scofield, 21, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:14 PM on July 10, on the 6700-block of Grimes-Arbuckle Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion of domestic battery. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Benito Gonzalez Segundo, 46, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:06 AM on July 11, on Gould Road in Williams, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and child endangerment. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $150,000.

David Tapia-Gutierrez, 22, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:54 PM on July 11, on the 700-block of 2nd St. in Arbuckle, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, disobeying a court order, and trespassing in a non-commercial dwelling. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jose Alberto Andrade-Martinez, 34, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:14 AM on July 15, on Highway 20 near the Colusa Airport in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Javier Carrillo-Avalos, 33, of Nice, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:01 PM on July 15, on Highway 20 at E Street in Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. David Matthew Covarrubias, 27, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 1:52 AM on July 14, on the 200-block of N. Seventh Street in Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $7,000.

Damien Luis Madrigal, 22, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:02 PM on July 13, at the intersection of Sioc Street and Bridge Street in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $7,000.

Deborah Deann Morgan, 30, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:01 PM, on the 500-block of Clay St. in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment, driving with a suspended license, and violating a court order. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Paul Whiteleather, 42, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:44 PM on July 13, on Highway 20 west of O’Hair Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $7,000.
