AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA TO REPEAL AND REPLACE ORDINANCE 521, THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUSA AND GREEN LEAF PROCESSORS RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CANNABIS MANUFACTURING FACILITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 529 on August 7, 2018. The Ordinance amends the Development Agreement to reflect the new state regulations, allows Greenleaf to be a for-profit company and allows them the option to have multiple license types. All other parts of the amended Development Agreement remains the same.

The Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 4-0 vote of Mayor Greg Ponciano, and Council Members David Womble and Thomas Reische. Council Member Hill was absent.
