NOTICE OF HEARING

A hearing will be held Wednesday September 12, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., at the Community Development Department, 220 12th Street, Colusa, California. All interested persons are invited to submit comments in writing, or attend and be heard. Written comments should be filed with the Community Development Department.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the applicants as listed below have applied to the Colusa County Zoning Administrator for the designated projects at each respective location which require a minor use permit, minor variance, and/or environmental determination:
Minor Use Permit #18-7-1, (ED #18-22), InHarvest – Proposed Categorical Exemption and Minor Use Permit for the establishment of a temporary modular office for use as a meeting and training room for an industrial agricultural business on the project site zoned Heavy Industrial (M-2), located at 2870 Niagara Avenue with the Colusa Industrial Park; identified as APN 017-130-085.
