NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Colusa is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of commercial kitchen equipment (Project #1) and refrigeration units (Project #2) for their Sheriff’s Department. Bidders have the option of bidding on Project #1 and/or Project #2.
All items may be substituted for “comparable or “better than” what is being requested. Labor for the installation of any purchased equipment will be subject to prevailing wage rates if installation costs exceed $1,000.
Proposals shall be delivered to the Clerk to the Board of Supervisor’s located at 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 by October 3, 2018 no later than 2:00 p.m. At that time the bids will be opened and recorded by the County. There is a mandatory walk-thru scheduled on September 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. sharp at the Colusa County Sheriff’s Department located at 929 Bridge Street, Colusa, CA. Those not in attendance will not be permitted to bid.
The bid must be made on the bid forms furnished by the County. Bid forms are available by download at www.countyofcolusa.org in the Bids and RFP’s section of the website.
The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids.
