Request for Proposals
Williams Unified School District is requesting Lease-Leaseback proposals for construction of a new Multipurpose Building and Parking Lot at Williams Elementary School located at 1404 E Street, Williams, CA 95987.
Proposals must be received at the Williams Unified School District, 499 Marguerite Street, Suite C, Williams, CA 95987, no later than October 11, 2018 at 4:00PM. The Request for Proposal (RFP), drawings, and specifications will be available on September 26, 2018 at: http://landmarkconst.net/plan-room/. A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for September 27, 2018 at 10AM. Meet in the Williams ES parking lot located at 1404 E Street. Do not access the site without a District representative. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the documents must be in writing and received no later than October 2, 2018 at 4PM. Questions received after the above-noted deadline may be answered at the discretion of the District.
