Information comes from the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office. All parties below are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jacob Munoz, 35, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office, on Oct. 1, at 12:00 PM, in the area of First and Laurel Streets in Arbuckle, on suspicion of a controlled substance. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Todd Futral, 37, of Clearlake Oaks, was arrested by the Williams Police Department, on Oct. 5, at 12:54 PM, at the Econolodge in Williams, on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper, for the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Philip Phillips III, 45, of Esparto, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, on Oct. 5, at 10:12 PM, in the 10 block of Brentwood Drive in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Traci Saxton, 37, of Butte MT, was arrested by the Williams Police Department, on Oct. 5, at 12:54 PM, at the Econolodge in Williams, on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper, for the possession of a controlled substance, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Nicholas Burrichter, 37, of Cottonwood, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, on Oct. 5, at 4:448 AM, in the area of Interstate 5 just north of Lurline Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Anjela Cervantes, 40, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office, on Oct. 6, at 9:55 PM, in the area of Highway 45 and Harbison Road in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance. She is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

James Meier, 43, of Vina, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, on Oct. 8, at 2:10 AM, on Interstate 5 near Delevan Road in Maxwell, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $12,000.

Susie Marie, 52, a transient, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, on Oct. 9, at 12:25 AM, on Interstate 5 near the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owners consent. She is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
