Colusa County Board of Supervisors – Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COLUSA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA  95932. At the hearing the Board will consider and may adopt the Colusa County Planning Commission’s August 1, 2018 recommendations regarding two 10.08+/- portions of two parcels located at the northeast corner of Interstate 5 and Maxwell Colusa Road, APN’s 011-280-015 and 011-280-040. Specifically, the Board will consider the recommendation to: (1) adopt a Class 5 Categorical Exemption (ED#18-13); (2) adopt a Resolution approving a General Plan Amendment (GP#18-4-1) changing the  Land Use designation of a 10.08+/- portion of one parcel from Industrial (I) land to Commercial (C) and a 10.08+/- portion of the other parcel from Commercial (C) land to Industrial (I); and (3) adopt a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment (ZA#18-4-1) changing the Zoning designation of a 10.08+/- portion of one parcel from Heavy Industrial (M-2) land to Highway Service Commercial (C-H) and a 10.08+/- portion of the other parcel from Highway Service Commercial (C-H) land to Heavy Industrial (M-2).

If you challenge in a court action a decision of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors regarding zoning, planning, land use, or environmental protection matters made at any public hearing described in this notice, you may be limited to raising only those issues (1) you or someone else raised at such public hearing, or (2) raised in written correspondence delivered to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, such public hearing.
