CITY OF COLUSA PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and making a recommendation to the City Council on, the following items:
1. A Resolution of the Planning Commission recommending City Council approval of a General Plan Amendment 01-18 (GPA) amending the City of Colusa Sphere of Influence to include within, and designating, the following properties as Industrial District:
APNs: 017-030-018, -022, -077, -082 thru -084, -090, -091, -099 & -100; and 017-140-001 thru -011;
And, Annexation of, and Pre-zoning to General Industrial (M-2) District, the following properties:
APNs: 017-030-018, -022, -050, -054, -055, -078, -082 thru -084, -090, -091, -094, 095, -096 -099 & -100 017-130-005 thru -009, -011, -025, -028, -029, -038, -056, -057, -075

2. A Resolution of the Planning Commission approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow a duplex dwelling within the General Commercial (C-G) District, located at 12 Main Street.

All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing. Documents may be reviewed at, and written comments can be submitted to, the Planning Department at the above address, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Challenges to the Planning Commission’s decision may be limited only to those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Colusa at, or prior to, the public hearing.
