Information comes from the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office.  All parties below are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jose Lopez, 34, a transient, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 6:35 PM, on Nov. 20, in the 50 Block of Eighth Street in Williams on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owners consent. Bail was set at $20,000. 

Giovanni Muniz Chavez, 28, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:27 AM on Nov. 22 in the area of 2nd and Jay Street in Colusa on suspicion of Battery. Bail was set at $3,000. 

Juan Ramirez, 40, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:05 PM on Nov. 23 in the 3000 Block of Wilson Ave in Colusa on suspicion of battery. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Juan Vera-Lopez, 26, of Colusa, was arrested by Colusa Police Department, at 1:19 PM on Nov. 23 in the area of 2nd and Main Street in Colusa on suspicion of battery and child endangerment. Bail was set at $50,000. 

Luis Hernandez Acevedo, 25, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 1:40 AM, on Nov. 23, in the 700 Block of A Street in Williams on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, Bail was set at $50,000. 

Hector Cardona, 33, of Linda, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 1:40 AM, on Nov. 23, in the 700 Block of A Street in Williams on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, Bail was set at $50,000. 

Bonaficio Cruz, 33, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:46 PM, on Nov. 23, in an area of Highway 99 and Freshwater Road in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail was set at $2,000. 

Myles Bill, 26, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 6:25 PM, on Nov. 23, in the 900 Block of Gail Ave in Arbuckle on suspicion of robbery, battery on a person, and petty theft. Bail was set at $50,000. 

Jose Lopez, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:12 PM on Nov. 24, in the 1000 block of Bridge Street in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,000. 

Marie Howard, 29, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 10:39 PM on Nov. 24, in the 60 Block of Market Street in Colusa on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance, Bail was set at $5,000. 

David Carrion, 48, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:16 PM, on Nov. 24, in the 60 Block of Market Street in Colusa on suspicion for the possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and for disobeying a court order. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Latsamy Kangmeuang, 41, of Orland, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:15 AM on Nov. 24, in the 800 Block of Market Street in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail was set at $2,000. 

Luis Flores, 30, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:02 PM on Nov. 24, in the 900 Block of E Street in Williams on suspicion of receiving stolen property, and for disobeying a court order. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Rachael Hall, 29, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:40 PM on Nov. 25, in the 300 block of Butte Slough Road in Colusa County on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, the possession of burglary tools, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for the possession of a controlled substance, resisting a police officer, and for burglary. Bail was set at $50,000. 

Marliesa Hall Marble, 32, of Princeton, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:40 PM on Nov. 25, in the 300 Block of Butte Slough Road in Colusa County on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, and for the possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $10,000. 

Michael Anderson, 34, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:40 PM, on Nov. 25, in the 3000 block of Butte Slough Road in Colusa County on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, burglary, the possession of burglary tools, the violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, and for obstructing or resisting a public officer. Bail is set at $50,000. 

Jaynae Boyles, 30, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:59 AM, on Nov. 25, in the area of 3rd and Main Street in Colusa on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000.

Nathan Gould, 27, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:40 AM on Nov. 25, in the 300 Block of Butte Slough Road in Colusa County on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, the possession of burglary tools, and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. 

Candace Greer, 33, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:05 AM on Nov. 26, in the area of the Colusa Medical Center in Colusa on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner, receiving known stolen property, driving with a suspended license, and for a hit and run resulting in a death or injury. Bail was set at $55,000. 

Brandon Klimper, 27, of Dunnigan, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:42 AM on Nov. 26, in the one block of Quality Drive in Vacaville on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, and for receiving known stolen property. Bail was set at $30,000. ■
