Johnny Crabtree, 38, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 1:43 PM on Dec. 15, in the area of Eighth and E Streets in Williams on an arrest warrant, and on the suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for receiving known stolen property. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000. 

Christopher Dewar, 36, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:01 PM on Dec. 14, in the area of Highway 20 and Lonestar Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000. 

James Houston, 37, of Marysville, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 2:55 AM on Dec. 15, in the area of Highway 45 and Fruitville Ave on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Gary Howell, 45, of Yuba City, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 6:12 AM on Dec. 14, in the 300 block of Highway 45 in Colusa County on a warrant and for the suspicion of forgery, and false impersonation. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail is set at $40,000. 

Austin Ivie, 22, of Maxwell, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:27 AM on Dec. 15, in the area of Maxwell-Sites Road just west of Maxwell in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000. 

Noe Gregorio, 34, of Arbuckle, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 3:05 PM on Dec. 10, in the 500 block of Oak Street in Colusa on suspicion of violating probation. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was not set. 

Roy Hamilton, 49, of Marysville, was arrested by a Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputy at 2:00 AM on Dec. 13, in the 100 block of E. Main Street in Colusa, on suspicion of burglary, trespassing, malicious mischief, and for the possession of burglary tools. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000. 

Johnathan Yates, 23, a transient, was arrested by a Colusa Police Officer at 2:09 AM on Dec. 13, in the area of Highway 45 and North Ave in Colusa County, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for the possession of a controlled substance. He is booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.
