AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUSA AND STICKY TREES RELATIVE TO THE POTENTIAL OPERATION OF AN ON-LINE, NON-STORE-FRONT CANNABIS RETAIL FACILITY LOCATED AT 2967 DAVISON DRIVE IN COLUSA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 531 on December 4, 2018. The Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 5-0 vote of Mayor Greg Ponciano, and Council Members Brent Nobles, Joshua Hill, Dave Markss and Thomas Reische. Ordinance No. 531 is a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and Kodi Pine of Sticky Trees relative to the non-store front retail sale of cannabis products located at 2967 Davison Drive in Colusa.
