Clark/Sullivan Construction Requesting Subcontractor Bids

REQUESTING SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS FROM LOCAL SUBCONTRACTORS AND QUALIFIED DVBE SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS

Clark/Sullivan Construction is requesting bids from local Subcontractors and  Qualified DVBE subcontractors & suppliers for the Williams Unified School District – Williams Elementary Multi-Purpose Building Project, which consists of construction of a new Multi-Purpose Building with kitchen, misc. ADA site upgrades, upgrading & reconfiguration of the main parking lot and relocation of two modular buildings. (“Project”).  Specific scopes of work include, but are not limited to; demolition, CIP concrete and reinforcing steel, CMU masonry, structural and misc. steel, metal decking, rough and finish carpentry, water repellents and anti-graffiti coatings, roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, metal panels, fire-stopping, joint sealants, fireproofing, doors and hardware, overhead coiling doors, storefront, glazing, metal framing, drywall, tile, insulation, acoustic ceilings, epoxy flooring, resilient and carpet flooring, wall covering, acoustic wall panels, painting, misc. specialties, foodservice equipment, gymnasium equipment, bleachers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, site earthwork, asphalt paving, landscaping & irrigation and fencing.

Prevailing wages ARE required.

Interested subcontractors & suppliers must submit sealed bids on or before THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 2019 at 11:00AM, to Clark/Sullivan Construction, 2024 Opportunity Drive, Suite 150, Roseville, CA 95678. Bids will also be accepted electronically by sending them to Ben Norwood at ben@clarksullivan.com .   Subcontractors are responsible to ensure that the bid is received by Clark/Sullivan Construction, prior to the above time and date.

A pre-proposal meeting – date to be determined – will be held at the Project Site:  Williams Elementary School 1404 E Street, Williams, CA 95987.  This meeting is intended to give bidders the opportunity to visit the site at this time to further investigate as needed to prepare your bid.  NOTE:  THE DISTRICT DOES NOT ALLOW UNSCHEDULED SITE VISITS DURING THE BIDDING PERIOD BY POTENTIAL BIDDERS.  PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING THIS PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING IF INTERESTED IN SEEING SPECIFIC PARTS OF THE CAMPUS.
