10:47 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Valerie Cowen, 36, of Auburn, CA, in the area of Delevan Road just west of Interstate 5 in Maxwell, on the suspicion of providing false evidence of registration and for the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. 

11:48 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested: Jonathan Mora Ferreyra, 29, of Williams, CA, in the 500 block of Eleventh Street in Williams, on the suspicion of battery on a spouse, ex spouse, or date.

9:13 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Victor Navarro, 27, of Williams, CA, in the area of Maxwell-Colusa Rd at 4 Mile Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of disobeying a court order. ■ 03/20/2019

8:05 AM, the California Highway Patrol arrested: Rheo Livermore, 40, of Stockton, CA, in the area of Interstate 5 just north of Hahn Road in Williams, on the suspicion of obstructing or resisting police officer, and assault with a deadly weapon.

12:13 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Luis Segurabueno, 22, of Williams, CA, in the 200 block of North Seventh Street in Williams, on the suspicion of receiving known stolen property.

1:26 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Nichloas Ericksen, 34, of Arbuckle, CA, in the area of Pine Street and 2nd Street in Arbuckle, on the suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

5:26 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested: Antonio Garcia, 21, of Williams, in the area of Crawford Road just East of Zumwalt Road in Colusa County, on the suspicion vehicle theft.

12:04 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Dion Omondi, 23, of Grimes, in the area of 3rd Street, just north of Balsdon Street in Grimes, on warrant charges, and for bringing drugs into jail.

7:30 AM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Delfino Villanueva Lopez, 40, of Puyallup, WA, in the area of Old Highway 99 just north of Oak Street in Maxwell, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

12:38 PM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Robert Gomes, 39, of Lincoln, in the area of 2nd and Sioc Street in Colusa, on the suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance for sale, and for obstructing a police officer. 

2:55 PM, the Colusa Police Department arrested: Melanie Mitchell, 46, of Maxwell, in the 800 block of Oak Street in Maxwell, on suspicion of violating a court order to prevent domestic violence. 

7:26 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Lacey Moyer, 25, of Woodland, in the area of the old Shell Station in Arbuckle, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for providing false information to a police officer.

8:16 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Angel Leal, 35, of Meridian, in the area of Maxwell-Colusa Road at Highway 45 in Colusa County, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for a passenger in possession of an open container. 

11:08 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested: Justin Spencer, 25, of Maxwell, in the area of Delevan Rd. just west of the Interstate 5 overpass in Colusa County, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled subsentence, and the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia.

10:21 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested: Ramiro Reyes Cardenas, 53, of Williams, in the 700 block of Pinewood Court in Williams, on the suspicion of battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, or date.
