Community Christmas Choir

The annual Community Christmas Choir will perform at the following venues: December 12th, Parkside Methodist Church – Williams; December 13th, Grimes Community Church – Grimes; December 14th, Colusa Presberterian Church – Colusa; December 15th, Arbuckle United Methodist Church – Arbuckle. All Concerts begin at 7:00 p.m.

Colusa Christmas Tyme

The Community of Colusa will host its 17th annual Christmas Tyme event on Friday, December 6th, 201 starting at 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Downtown Colusa. The Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Courthouse with the arrival of Santa. Stardust Dancers will perform begining at 6:30 p.m., the winners of the Rotary Drawing, Window Decorating, Decorated Tractor, and the Christmas Tree Drawing will be announced at 8:00 p.m. 

Williams Festival of Lights

The Citizens for a Better Williams will host its 6th annual Festival of lights on Saturday, December 14th. Starting with a Downtown Stroll of Vendors at 4:00 p.m., with a wide range of crafts, goodies, homegoods, and food vendors, there is something for everyone. At 6:30 p.m. the Town Square tree lighting ceremony will begin followed by the main event, the Festival of Lights Parade at 7:00 p.m. For vendor information, please contact Lloyd Green at (530) 458-5652. Stonyford Bazaar

The Stonyford Christmas Bazaar will be held on December 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Stonyford Community Hall. Come check out the variety of home goods, crafts, gift ideas, and more. Lunch and Breakfast Items will be available. For more informaiton, please call (530) 963-3197.

Woodland Gun Show

The Woodland Gun & Knife Show will be held on December 14th – 15th from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Yolo County Fairgrounds, 1250 East Gum Street, in Woodland. For Vendor informaiton contact Carolan Meek at (707) 489-6238. Parking is FREE. $5 Admission.

 CHP Start Smart Classes

The Williams CHP Office will host ‘Start Smart’ classes to raise awareness regarding senseless collisions involving newly licensed drivers. Classes will be held at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th, 2014, and March 27th, 2014 at the Williams CHP Conference Room located at 100 E Street in Williams.
