Connie “CB” Johnson was found deceased on Thursday, November 14, 2013 after she had been missing since Sunday, November 10, 2013.  She was 51 years of age and lived in Colusa, CA.

CB was born in Tepechitlan, Zacatecas, Mexico on December 8, 1961.  She came to the United States in 1979 and had lived in Colusa County for 30 years.  She is well known in Colusa because of her position at the local post office.  She has worked for the USPS for 15 years.

CB is survived by her mother, Dolores Bautista, her 11 siblings Lupe Talamantes de Sosa, Gonzalo Talamantes, Elvira Talamantes, Salvador Talamantes, Justo Talamantes, Ricardo Talamantes, Yolanda Talamantes de Lack, Magdaleno Talamantes, Esther Talamantes, Francisco Talamantes, and Vita Talamantes, as well 38 nieces and nephews.

CB is preceded in death by her father Macedonio Talamantes.

A visitation will be held at McNary-Moore Chapel on Tuesday, November 19 from 5-8pm with rosary to be recited at 7pm.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 20 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 10am with burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.

We the family greatly appreciate all the support and assistance from the community.  CB will truly be missed by all.  Her smile and kindness will be with us forever.
