Dear Colusa County,

I would like to thank the whole community and my sponsors for all the encouragement and support before the Miss Colusa County Pageant. Then the congratulations afterwards were overwhelming! I appreciate all the kind words that both my parents and I received after I was crowned. It was such an exciting night and I am so proud to have been a part of it. I am looking forward to representing Colusa County for the next year.

Under his ownership the newspaper has grown significantly in subscriptions, publishes weekly, and obtained the title of Newspaper of General Circulation by the Superior Court of Colusa County in Sept. 2017.
