Authorities say a 14-year old Yuba City girl was injured in an all-terrain vehicle crash on Saturday, March 15th, 2014.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the teenager was traveling at an unknown rate of speed on a private property airstrip located on Reese Ave, in Colusa, when she made a left hand turning movement and lost control of the 2010 Polaris ATV.

The vehicle overturned on to its left side.

The teenager was not wearing a safety belt and was ejected from the vehicle, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Colusa Regional Medical Center.

Two other passengers, a 3 year-old and a 6 year-old were wearing safety belts and did not sustain injuries as a result of the traffic collision.
