Strong Odor of Marijuana Reported 758.8 Grams of Marijuana Recovered

On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, a motorist traveling westbound on highway 20, called 9-1-1 and reported a vehicle emitting a strong odor of marijuana, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At approximately 2:20 p.m. the vehicle was seen traveling south on Walnut Road, just outside of Williams.

Authorities located the vehicle traveling southbound on Zumwalt Road, and made an enforcement stop.

As officers approached the driver, a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle.

Officers conducted a probable cause search and recovered 758.8 grams of Marijuana from the vehicle.

Andre Satterwhite was arrested for felony possession and transportation of marijuana by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force.

Satterwhite was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.
