Wrysinski opens Paramount Realty in Colusa

colleen new business realtyColusa County residents who are looking to purchase their dream home or are wanting to sell existing property and are uncertain who to contact, now have a new choice, Paramount Realty.

Paramount Realty opened its doors in May 2014 and is locally owned and operated by Colleen Wrysinski of Colusa.

“It’s always been a passion of mine to open my own real estate agency,” Wrysinski said. “One morning I woke up and said to myself ‘this is the day’ I’m going to open my own agency, and I did.”

Paramount Realty specializes in residential and residential income property, foreclosures and short sales transactions. The agency represents both buyers and sellers and covers Colusa County and surrounding communities.

Wrysinski has more than 10 years experience in real estate and earned her license in December 2003 with Pearson Realty. She is also a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent.

In 1999 she married her husband Jon and moved to Colusa. Together, the couple has two children Erik and Renee. Both Colleen and Jon are active in their communities by coaching Little League, volunteering with Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts, as well as helping with events at Our Lady of Lourdes.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Wrysinski was employed by Agilent Technologies as an R&D Manager in Roseville and later sought employment at Gunnersfield Ranch in Maxwell performing office administration, bookkeeping and truck company management.
